Different shipping address?
Our shopping cart needs to have the correct billing information to verify and confirm that the credit card is secure. If you need to have your order shipped to a different address, please fill out our Contact Form either before or after you make your purchase. In the Comments section of the form, let us know the correct shipping address.
Using a company credit card?
Here are some guidelines for successfully inputting your company credit card information using the RFA shopping cart.
If you are using a company credit card that does not also include your own name as well, type in the company name in the First Name and Last Name fields. For example, if your company credit card is Ajax Widget Manufacturing Company, input:
First Name: Ajax Widget. Last Name: Manufacturing Company
What are those funny looking letters/numbers?
There is a security feature in the shopping cart that requires you to type letters/numbers like you see in the box below. Please type these characters exactly as they appear. This is a security feature to help protect your transaction. Please make sure all information is entered correctly and try again.
Blocked from completing transaction and need support?
Sometimes, spam blockers, viruses and network firewalls on your computer may block you from completing your online transaction. If you are having problems, please feel free to call 541-997-7737 Tuesday - Friday, 9AM - 8PM PDT for assistance. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name, contact numbers, email address and brief description of the problem you are having.
