Description: Reasonably priced at $13.50, this inexpensive, compact thermistor is a simple, durable, and accurate digital thermometer. Accuracy: ±2°F (±1°C). Does not allow calibration. For food safety purposes, this digital thermometer requires cleaning and sanitizing before and after you check the internal temperature of a food. It features:

an On/Off switch
a Fahrenheit / Centigrade switch
a digital read-out displaying temperatures from -40 to 302°F and from -40 to 150°C
a sheath
a built-in clip on the sheath so that you may clip it to your shirt pocket or any place easily accessible.
